Brother’s Share is a Turkish comedy-drama series that began airing in 2014. Produced and written by Selçuk Aydemir, the series has drawn attention for its story centered on brotherhood, solidarity, and dreams. The main roles are played by Ahmet Kural, Murat Cemcir, and Seda Bakan.

Plot and Themes

The series follows the lives of two brothers living in Istanbul. Metin and Ali, who work as plumbers and run a neighborhood café, pursue an ordinary daily life while striving toward a major goal: developing an invention using (boron) as a local and alternative energy source. Characters and Actors

Metin Özdemir (Ahmet Kural): One of the brothers, known for his dreamy, impulsive, often frantic yet affectionate personality. He enthusiastically embraces his curiosity for inventions and frequently finds himself in comical situations. He is known for his love for Eda.

Ali Özdemir (Murat Cemcir): Metin’s older brother. He serves as his balance with his more mature, planned, and rational demeanor. He remains devoted to his dreams but keeps his feet firmly on the ground. The series also explores his relationship with his ex-wife Şükriye Duru.
