Rafael Alexandre Conceição Leão (born 10 June 1999 in Almada, Portugal) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Serie A club AC Milan and the Portugal national team.

### **Early Career and Development**

Leão began his football career in the youth academy of Sporting CP, where he also gained his first professional experience. The young talent later transferred to France’s LOSC Lille, where his performances attracted significant attention.
