TRLG-122 is a 122 mm diameter laser-guided surface-to-surface missile system produced by Roketsan, developed in response to the high-precision requirements of the modern battlefield. This system, which can be made ready for firing in a short time, enables the neutralization of priority targets with pinpoint accuracy. TRLG-122, which can be launched from the T-122 Sakarya Multi-Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) platform, unlike conventional rocket systems, possesses high hit accuracy thanks to its laser seeker head and advanced navigation capabilities.
TRLG-122 is a laser-guided munition compatible with the T-122 Sakarya system, with a 122 mm diameter and a range of 13 – 30 kilometers. This system, a variant of the TRG-122 missile, is guided by a laser seeker head (LAB) and an Inertial Navigation System (INS). It directs itself towards the target in the terminal phase thanks to laser guidance, achieving engagement with low deviation. Thanks to GPS (Global Positioning System) supported guidance, it can operate without being affected by electronic warfare conditions.

Guidance and Control System
The missile operates with a two-stage guidance structure. During flight, INS and GPS-supported guidance are used, while in the target approach phase, the LAB activates to enable guidance towards laser-designated targets. The missile's control is achieved through aerodynamic surfaces with an electromechanical propulsion system. It offers high precision with a maximum CEP (Circular Error Probable - Hit Accuracy) value of 2 meters.
Warhead and Effect
The TRLG-122's warhead is of a destructive type with steel balls and a high explosive effect. This 13.5 kg warhead increases destruction on the target with an effective radius of ≥ 40 meters. It is equipped with a fuzing system that can operate on both impact and proximity.

Introduction and Usage
TRLG-122 was first introduced to the public at the IDEF International Defence Industry Fair held in 2021. Its precision engagement capability against laser-designated targets makes this munition suitable for UAV-supported operations. The system aims to neutralize only the target by minimizing unintended effects.
TRLG-122 Missile (M5 Prime)
TRLG-122 stands out as a munition that meets modern combat needs with its laser guidance, high hit rate, and electromechanical control features. Developed by Roketsan, this system provides operational effectiveness in the field due to its ability to integrate with existing platforms like the T-122 Sakarya, its high-explosive warhead, and low deviation rate. TRLG-122 is a target-oriented, guided rocket system developed by the Turkish defense industry. Equipped with a laser seeker head and advanced guidance systems, this munition is designed to offer precision strike capability.
