To support the administrative structure the “Wise Men” project will be implemented under which regularly scheduled knowledge exchanges will take place with individuals deeply familiar with the club’s culture experienced and established figures in the club’s history.

It was acknowledged that the club has endured a 12-year championship drought and Safi pledged that if elected the club would win the absolute championship in its first season. Providing details on transfer policy Safi declared that ordinary transfers would not be pursued and that the players brought in would hold world-star status. He affirmed that a team engineering approach would be applied to create a squad capable of pressuring rivals and thrilling the stands. The team’s calendar was also clarified with the team scheduled to assemble at the end of June to begin training and to compete fully prepared in the Champions League preliminary matches in July.
