Physical and Geological Features
Kara Cave is a horizontal cave, measuring -13 meters in depth and 390 meters in total length. It is located at an altitude of 1,230 meters above sea level and features a large entrance hall. The cave has two separate entrances, one facing north and the other south. These entrances lead into a spacious hall measuring 10x20 meters. On the southwestern side, a tunnel-like gallery has formed along a prominent fissure, ending in a blocked area with large rock formations.
The cave contains stalactites, stalagmites, flowstones, and columns, which contribute to its geological significance and tourism potential. However, due to past human habitation, soot and residue deposits can be observed in the inner sections of the cave.
