KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA is a free social platform offered by the TÜRKİYE TECHNOLOGY TEAM FOUNDATION, allowing site visitors to read articles, content, and other publications on the KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA website (https://kureansiklopedi.com/tr) free of charge, and allowing site members to contribute, edit, and share content. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA agrees to provide members and site visitors with unimpeded access to the site content, that it will not impose any restrictions other than those required by law, and that it will not discriminate between members and visitors. Members accept responsibility for their contributions to and editing of the content, and for the use of the content, and that they will not violate copyright and other laws. By visiting the KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA website and/or becoming a ‘’Member’’, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. By using the service and opening an account on behalf of a legal entity, these Terms are deemed to be accepted on behalf of the Member and such legal entity. The processing of personal data is carried out within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (''GDPR'' or the ''Law''). 3. USER BEHAVIOR AND PROHIBITIONS
3.1 Legal and Acceptable Use
Access to and use of KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA must be for strictly legal, approved, and acceptable purposes. You agree not to use it in the following ways, and you undertake not to assist others in doing so:

4. ACCOUNT DELETION AND FREEZING
4.1. Account Freezing
Members can temporarily freeze their accounts. When an account is freezed, the member's profile is hidden from other members and users, but member data continues to be stored in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
4.2. Account Deletion
Members may request the deletion of their account. If they request the deletion of their account, the process will be initiated within 30 days of the request. Once the deletion process is completed, some data may be retained for a certain period of time in accordance with legal obligations.
4.3. Account Suspension
In cases of prohibited behavior or violation of the terms of use, a member's account may be temporarily suspended. Once the account is suspended, it will not be possible to re-enter the system. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA will not be liable to the member or any third party in the event of suspension.
5. VIOLATION CASES AND SANCTIONS

KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA assumes no responsibility for any transactions or content conducted through the website. Interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities may occur in the provision of services. Furthermore, Members are entirely responsible for all content uploaded to KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA and its accuracy and security. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA cannot be held responsible for the actions taken by Members while using the Services, the content they provide, or any liability to third parties (including content). The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that all intellectual property rights on any content (text, image, comment, etc.) he/she produces and uploads to the site belong to him/her and that he/she does not violate third-party rights.
Members agree that they grant KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license for the operation, promotion, publication, and distribution of the site, for the purposes of the site. This license grants KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA the right to use the content uploaded by the Member in any medium, subject to the following financial rights. This license continues even if the Member terminates their KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA membership. By publishing the content on the platform, Members grant T3 Foundation a simple, transferable, worldwide, perpetual, free-of-charge, royalty-free, and sublicensable right to use the content, which T3 FOUNDATION may use in all media, including print and electronic media:
The Member acknowledges that they are legally responsible for the content they upload to the site and that KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA will not be held responsible for any violations of third party rights.
KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA guarantees that it will not use Member content outside the scope of the agreement.
The Member guarantees that it will compensate KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA for any damages it may incur due to any potential license violation.
Content published by the Member may not be sold to third parties, but may be published and distributed publicly.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. Enforcement of Laws
These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
7.2 Termination
KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA reserves the right to terminate these terms or the right to access or use the service at any time, by notifying the member in advance or, in the event that the member fails to comply with these terms or applicable legislation or if it is unable to continue providing the service, including for technical, administrative, legal, or commercial reasons, without prior notice. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA may unilaterally terminate the agreement if the member violates the terms or applicable law. The member agrees to compensate KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA for all damages incurred by the termination. If the member's account is closed, access is blocked, or terminated, the content and contributions will remain visible to other members and site visitors. In the event of termination by KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA, the member will not use the service, and all rights under these Terms will immediately cease.
7.3 Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms, or portion thereof, is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision or portion thereof will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any invalid or unenforceable portion will be interpreted as narrowly as possible so as to give effect to the majority of these Terms. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA guarantees that it will not use Member content outside the scope of the agreement.
The Member guarantees that it will compensate KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA for any damages it may incur due to any potential license violation.
Content published by the Member may not be sold to third parties, but may be published and distributed publicly.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. Enforcement of Laws
These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
7.2 Termination
KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA reserves the right to terminate these terms or the right to access or use the service at any time, by notifying the member in advance or, in the event that the member fails to comply with these terms or applicable legislation or if it is unable to continue providing the service, including for technical, administrative, legal, or commercial reasons, without prior notice. KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA may unilaterally terminate the agreement if the member violates the terms or applicable law. The member agrees to compensate KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA for all damages incurred by the termination. If the member's account is closed, access is blocked, or terminated, the content and contributions will remain visible to other members and site visitors. In the event of termination by KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA, the member will not use the service, and all rights under these Terms will immediately cease.
7.3 Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms, or portion thereof, is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision or portion thereof will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any invalid or unenforceable portion will be interpreted as narrowly as possible so as to give effect to the majority of these Terms. Any unaffected provision of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
7.4 Transfer
The Member agrees not to transfer his/her rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, partially or fully, to any third party without the written consent of KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA.
7.5. Changes and Updates
KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA may make changes and updates to these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on the website, and notification will be provided via email, depending on the significance of the change. Members are responsible for regularly checking the updated Terms of Use. Changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon publication. By continuing to access or use the website after the updates take effect, members agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
7.6. Device and Software Requirements
To use the KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA website, you must have a specific device, software, and internet connection. Additionally, any updates to the application will need to be downloaded manually or automatically.
