KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA implements the methods and technical and administrative measures regarding deletion, destruction and anonymization in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.

VII. Rights of the Relevant Person
The person whose personal data is processed, within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the relevant person;
ARTICLE 11 - (1) Everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and:
a) Learn whether personal data has been processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
d) Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
f) Request notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred of the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e),
g) Object to any adverse consequences arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
