PARENTAL EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM
Within the scope of the Communiqué on the Rules and Procedures to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, as the Controller, TÜRKİYE TECHNOLOGY TEAM FOUNDATION, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the personal data of you and the member you are the guardian of will be processed automatically or non-automatically, based on the processing condition of "obtaining the explicit consent" of the relevant person, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 5 of the Law No. 6698.
I acknowledge that the "Parent-Child Clarification Text" prepared by KÜRE ENCYCLOPEDIA has been sent to me and the necessary information has been provided within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"). In this regard, I give my explicit consent and approval to the collection, processing, storage and, when necessary, sharing with third parties and transferring abroad via web databases of the personal data of the member for whom I am a guardian, including his/her name-surname, Turkish Identification number, date of birth, e-mail, photograph, educational information, areas of interest, as explained in the Clarification Text, in order for him/her to create a membership account on your website and use your services, and I know that these activities will not constitute a violation of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
