Eyüp Aydın was born on 2 August 2004 in Heidenheim, Germany. He developed through the youth academy of Bayern Munich. He played at the Bayern U17 and Bayern II levels. His national team career began in Germany, where he represented the Germany U15 and U16 teams. Eyüp Aydın began playing for the star-and-crescent jersey after appearing for the Turkey U21 national team. Since 15 September 2023, he has been playing for Galatasaray wearing the number 5 jersey.
Eyüp Aydın’s football journey began in Germany, where he played in the youth academies of Heidenheim and Bayern Munich. On 1 July 2020, he moved from the Bayern academy to Bayern U17, beginning his participation in the youth league. In the 2021/22 season, he transferred from Bayern U17 to Bayern II. On 15 September 2023, he transferred to Galatasaray.
At FC Bayern Munich U17, he played 8 matches for a total of 515 minutes. At FC Bayern Munich U19, he appeared in only 1 match for 61 minutes. At FC Bayern Munich II, he played 54 matches, accumulating 3,604 minutes and scoring 4 goals with 10 assists. He scored his first goal for Bayern II on 28 September 2021, starting in the starting eleven against FC Schweinfurt 05. He netted his first goal in the 90+2 minute from a free kick.
Eyüp Aydın signed a three-year contract with Galatasaray on 15 September 2023. He has played for Galatasaray in the Türkiye Kupası, Süper Lig, and TFF Süper Kupa competitions. He made his official Süper Lig debut on 7 January 2024 in the match between Galatasaray and Konyaspor, coming on as a substitute for Tanguy Ndombele in the 90+3 minute. Immediately after entering the pitch, he provided an assist with a corner kick to Abdülkerim Bardakçı, who scored, and Eyüp Aydın recorded the assist.
He made his official debut in the Türkiye Kupası on 18 January 2024. He scored his first goal on 6 February 2025, netting in the 44th minute against Boluspor with an assist from Lucas Torreira. In his Galatasaray career, which began in 2023, he has played 15 matches so far, accumulating 283 minutes with 1 goal and 2 assists.
He represented Germany at the U15 and U16 levels. He scored his first official goal for Germany U15 on 11 May 2019 in his debut match, netting a penalty in the 49th minute during a friendly against Netherlands U15.
In March 2025, he was first called up to the Turkey U21 national team training camp. He made his debut for the star-and-crescent jersey in a friendly match. He played his first official match on 21 March 2025 against Kosovo U21. As of now, Eyüp Aydın has appeared in only two official matches and has not yet scored a goal or recorded an assist.
