Jurassic Park III is a 2001 action, adventure, and science fiction film directed by Joe Johnston. The film follows Dr. Alan Grant as he travels to Isla Sorna to search for a missing child and encounters new, more dangerous dinosaur species there.

Plot

Eight years have passed since John Hammond’s Jurassic Park project. On Isla Sorna, the island where dinosaurs were genetically engineered, various species—including several new ones—roam freely. Paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant continues his research on dinosaur fossils and maintains his fascination with these creatures since his first experience in Jurassic Park.

One day, a wealthy couple named Paul and Amanda Kirby knock on Dr. Grant’s door. The couple asks him to guide them on a private airplane tour of Isla Sorna. Although initially reluctant, Dr. Grant accepts their offer due to the high fee they propose. However, upon arriving on the island, he discovers that the Kirbys’ true intention is to find their missing son, Eric.

After being forced to land on the island, the group finds themselves in an environment teeming with wilder and more dangerous dinosaurs. They encounter new species such as the Spinosaurus, which is larger and more intelligent than the Velociraptors. As the group struggles to survive and locate Eric, they engage in a fierce battle against the island’s new and deadly inhabitants.
