IMF agent Ethan Hunt is assigned a dangerous mission that begins with the crash of an aircraft carrying Chimera, a biological weapon, and its antidote. Hunt pursues Sean Ambrose, a former IMF agent who seeks to obtain the virus. During this pursuit, Hunt collaborates with Nyah Nordoff-Hall, a skilled thief, and sends her on a perilous mission to gain Ambrose’s trust. While Ambrose attempts to use the virus for his own personal gain, Hunt and his team embark on a global chase from Australia to Spain to stop him and prevent a worldwide outbreak.
