About halfway through the film I was watching, I stopped and began to reflect. My intention was quite simple: to take a short break and refresh my mind with something that motivated me. But the film I encountered, Kiralık Aile, offered me far more than I had expected. That is why I am now sitting here writing this piece.

The film tells the story of an actor who begins working for a rental family agency. This man steps into the lives of others, assuming roles such as father, spouse, or friend; he briefly offers them the love, attention, and sense of being seen that they crave, and in turn, people feel somehow whole. Just as we do in our world of possibilities.
