Resident Evil: Apocalypse, directed by Alexander Witt and written by Paul W.S. Anderson, is a 2004 action, science fiction, and horror film. A deadly virus outbreak that began in a laboratory called The Hive in Raccoon City has now spread throughout the city. As Alice tries to escape the quarantined city, she crosses paths with other survivors like Jill Valentine and Carlos Olivera, who are also fighting for their lives. However, this time they are not only facing zombies, but also Nemesis, a ruthless biological weapon developed by Umbrella and programmed specifically to fight Alice. Defeating this threat requires not only physical strength, but also a resistance based on human dignity.
