Silver Linings Playbook is a 2012 psychological drama, romantic-comedy film. It is based on the novel of the same name written by Matthew Quick. Plot

The plot of My Light of Hope revolves around Pat Solitano Jr., a former teacher who returns to his family after eight months of treatment in a mental hospital and tries to get his life back on track. Pat aims to reconcile with his ex-wife Nikki and get back to his old life. But in the process he meets Tiffany, a mysterious woman with her own problems. Tiffany offers to help Pat reunite with his ex-wife. Their interactions further complicate things in Pat's life and lead to an unexpected bond and "glimmer of hope".
