What is the Kukumav Bird?
Kukumav Bird
The Kukumav bird is a small species of owl with very large eyes. Thanks to these eyes, it can see its surroundings even in complete darkness.
It greatly enjoys hunting and moving about at night. During the day, it rests in tree hollows or quiet corners.
Its feathers are soft and have white spots on them.

The Kukumav bird typically feeds on small insects, mice, and sometimes small reptiles.
During the quiet hours of the night, it flaps its wings silently while searching for prey. It is very difficult to notice because it produces almost no sound while flying.
If you see one perched on a tree branch observing its surroundings, you may be surprised by its enormous eyes!

Kukumav birds love sunlight and greenery but do not enjoy crowded areas.
You can find them in forests with sparse trees.
Who knows, perhaps you might even become friends with one!
