Zümrüt Spa
Zümrüt Kaplıcası is located in the village of Ilıcak, within the Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak Province. It is a natural site fed by hot springs emerging from beneath the earth. This unique water is one of the region’s most significant attractions due to its natural properties and health benefits.

Zümrüt Kaplıcası is approximately 7 kilometers from the center of Beytüşşebap district. It is situated at the foot of Zümrüt Mountain and on the western slope of Beytüşşebap Creek. Access is via paved road; visitors must cross an iron suspension bridge to reach the water source. There are two open-air pools available for visitors.
Water Characteristics
The water of the spa has a temperature of approximately 39 degrees Celsius. It contains minerals such as sulfur, sodium, and sulfate, which give the water its distinctive odor and healing properties. The water emerges from underground at a rate of about 1 liter per second.
