Aykut Enişte is a 2019 Turkish comedy film directed by Onur Bilgetay and written by Cem Gelinoğlu and Giray Altınok. Plot

The film centers on the events that unfold in the life of Aykut, who is caught in a search for belonging and companionship. After experiencing a burglary during his wedding preparations, Aykut is drawn into the life of another family. Throughout the film, he finds himself immersed in unexpected developments, striving to define his identity and place not only within the family of his fiancée but also among the new people he encounters.

Production Process

The film was produced by the Beşiktaş Culture Center (BKM) and brought to life under the production of Necati Akpınar and Zümrüt Arol Bekçe. Burak Kanbir served as director of photography, while the music was composed by Barış Diri. The film was shot primarily in urban locations with a focus on interior settings.
