Beyza Arıcı was born on 27 July 1995 in İzmir, Türkiye. As a Turkish citizen, Arıcı is among the national athletes who represent Türkiye at the international level. She began her volleyball career at İzmir Işıkkent and joined the VakıfBank youth system in 2008.
Beyza Arıcı began her volleyball career in the youth system of İzmir Işıkkent. In 2008, she joined the VakıfBank youth system, where her performances at a young age drew attention. During the 2013–2014 season, Arıcı was loaned to Seramiksan, and in the 2014–2015 season, she played for Sarıyer Belediyesi. Following these loan periods, she transferred to Trabzon İdmanocağı for the 2015–2016 season, where she reached the CEV Challenge Cup final and gained international experience. In the 2016–2017 season, Arıcı moved to Çanakkale Belediyespor, where she delivered a strong performance and joined Eczacıbaşı VitrA in 2017.
Beyza Arıcı has pursued her professional volleyball career exclusively in Türkiye. She spent the majority of her career with Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, one of the leading clubs in the Turkish Women’s Volleyball League, where she achieved numerous national and international successes. With Eczacıbaşı, she won the CEV Cup, multiple Turkish Super Cup titles, and a bronze medal at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship.
Beyza Arıcı was first called up to the Türkiye Women’s National Volleyball Team in 2017. She made her debut in a major tournament at the same year’s FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix, where she played against Brazil to begin her national team career. In 2017, she won a gold medal with the Türkiye U23 National Team at the FIVB U23 World Championship and was named the tournament’s “Best Middle Blocker.” In 2018, she won a silver medal at the FIVB Nations League and a bronze medal at the Montreux Volley Masters.
Beyza Arıcı plays as a middle blocker in her volleyball career. This position is one of the most critical in both defense and offense, requiring the player to be effective in both blocking and attacking. Arıcı is known for her game intelligence, quick reflexes, and technical skills in this role. She stands out at both club and national team levels for her effectiveness in blocking and consistency in attack.
