Bozcaarmut Reservoir

Bozcaarmut Reservoir is a natural wonder located near Bozcaarmut Village in the Pazaryeri district of Bilecik Province, Türkiye, at place. Situated in the Sakarya Basin, the reservoir lies at an elevation of approximately 1,090 metres and has a water volume of 311 hectocubic metres at its normal water level. Surrounded by pine forests, the reservoir attracts attention with its natural beauty and the ecosystem it supports.

The area around the reservoir offers a suitable environment for walking, picnicking and other outdoor activities. Regulations have been implemented to preserve the region’s natural plant cover and promote sustainable use of the area. Basic infrastructure such as picnic tables, fountains and toilets is available around the reservoir. The reservoir is also suitable for angling, with this activity regulated during specific periods.

Access to Bozcaarmut Reservoir is via the Pazaryeri district centre. Travelers reach Bozcaarmut Village by turning off the main road heading in the Bursa direction toward Kınık and Küçükelmalı. A 2.9-kilometre road passing through Village provides access to the reservoir. Public transportation also connects to the area. Although no accommodation facilities are available together, the region, which offers a natural camping site, is heavily preferred by campers.
