Dealer Meeting (Film)

Dealer Meeting is a 2020 Turkish comedy film directed by Bedran Güzel and Amirhossein Mehrabi, with a screenplay written by İbrahim Büyükak. Produced by BKM Film, the movie follows three white goods salesmen from different provinces of Türkiye who unexpectedly converge at a dealer meeting in Istanbul, leading to a chain of absurd events. The film was released in theaters on 21 February 2020.

The film centers on the intersecting paths of three white goods dealers—Namık, Sadık, and Adem—from various regions of Türkiye as they attend a dealer meeting in Istanbul. As their personal stories unfold alongside satirical commentary on the dealership system, the escalating events force them to confront accusations, identity crises, and societal expectations. An unexpected incident during the meeting compels the trio to flee Istanbul, and the film proceeds with absurdist comedic elements rooted in their escape.
