Production Process

Although the script was largely adapted from the series Grey’s Anatomy, it eventually developed its own original narrative and was tailored to fit Turkish cultural context.

Although inspired by Grey’s Anatomy, Doktorlar gained international attention. However, it was neither sold to another country nor officially remade.
