

Emre Mor was born on 24 July 1997 in the town of Brønshøj, near Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. His mother is of Turkish origin from North Macedonia and his father is from Uşak. Mor holds dual citizenship in Türkiye and Denmark and began his football career in Denmark.
Emre Mor started his football career in the youth academies of Brønshøj BK and Lyngby BK. In 2015, he transferred to FC Nordsjælland in Denmark. He started in 12 official matches and came on as a substitute in 1 match, scoring 1 goal and providing no assists. In 2016, he transferred to Borussia Dortmund in Germany.
Initially playing for Denmark’s U17, U18, and U19 national teams, Emre Mor switched to the Türkiye national team in 2016. That same year, he competed in the UEFA European Championship held in France as one of Türkiye’s youngest players.
