Encam

Encam has entered Turkish from Persian encām (انجام), meaning “end, finality, conclusion”. This word derives from a root shared with similar forms in Middle Persian and older Iranian languages. Its core meaning is “the completion of an action, its culmination, and the resulting outcome”. In Ottoman Turkish, it was widely used in literary and official texts with the sense of “end, result”.
