Inside (Series)

İçerde is a Turkish television series in the crime, drama, and action genres, broadcast in Türkiye between 2016 and 2017. Produced by Ay Yapım, the series premiered on Show TV on 19 September 2016 and concluded on 19 June 2017. The direction was handled by Uluç Bayraktar, while the screenplay was written by Erkan Tunç and Toprak Karaoğlu. The series tells the story of two brothers who are unknowingly positioned on opposing sides.

Plot

The central narrative of İçerde revolves around the dramatic tale of two brothers separated in childhood. One brother graduates from the police academy and works for the state, while the other is embedded within a criminal underworld organization. For an extended period, these two characters remain unaware of each other’s identities and become entangled in a conflict-filled journey.

The series features a narrative structure built around themes of family bonds, identity search, state-crime relations, revenge, betrayal, and loyalty.
