International Activities
The university participates in exchange programs that facilitate student and staff mobility. These programs include Erasmus+ and the Mevlana Exchange Program.
- Mevlana Exchange Program: This program enables student and academic staff exchanges between higher education institutions within Türkiye and abroad, without geographical restrictions. A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.50/4.00 is required for associate and undergraduate students, and 3.00/4.00 for graduate and doctoral students. Student mobility can last a minimum of one and a maximum of two semesters; academic staff mobility can last a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months. Participants do not pay tuition fees at the host institution, and academic credit loss is prevented through the Learning Agreement.【1】
- Erasmus+ Program: This program provides students with the opportunity to study or complete internships at higher education institutions in European Union program countries with which the university has institutional agreements. The duration of study mobility is set by the European Commission between three and twelve months; however, the university typically limits participation to one academic semester to increase participation rates. Monthly grants are provided to students to help cover overseas expenses, ranging from 450 to 600 euros for study and 600 to 750 euros for internships, depending on the cost of living in the host country. A minimum continuous period of three months is required for the activity to be recognized.【2】
