Ozark is an American crime drama series created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams, broadcast on the Netflix platform between 2017 and 2022. Plot

Marty Byrde, a financial advisor based in Chicago, is forced to move with his family to the Ozark region of Missouri after his partner becomes embroiled in financial misconduct. There, he takes on the obligation to launder $500 million for a Mexican drug cartel within five years. Facing local criminal networks corrupt officials and various threats, the Byrde family becomes increasingly entangled in a complex and dangerous criminal underworld.
