Redd (Music Group)

Redd is a Turkish rock band founded in 1996 by Berke Hatipoğlu, Doğan Duru, Güneş Duru, and İlke Hatipoğlu. The band’s lineup includes Doğan Duru (vocals, bass guitar), Berke Hatipoğlu (guitar, backing vocals), Güneş Duru (guitar, backing vocals), İlke Hatipoğlu (Hammond organ, keyboards, backing vocals), and Berke Özgümüş (drums).

Albums and Musical Works

After establishing their own rehearsal studio in 2004, the band released their first album, "50/50", with the support of Levent Büyük. Their second album, "Kirli Suyunda Parıltılar", was released in 2006. The track "Falan Filan" from this album spent six weeks at number one on music charts. The band also composed music for the film "Prensesin Uykusu" and the TV series "Derin Sular", and contributed songs to the soundtrack album of the film "Aşk Tesadüfleri Sever". On their 2012 album "Hayat Kaçık Bir Uykudur", they performed a duet with Şebnem Ferah on the song "Sevmeden Geçer Zaman".

Concerts and Performances

Since 2005, Redd has released six studio albums, one live concert DVD, and one original film score album. They have performed over a thousand concerts in various cities across Türkiye and Europe.

Social Responsibility and Projects

The band has participated in various initiatives related to social awareness and responsibility. Following the earthquake in Van on 24 October 2011, they performed at the "Van İçin Rock" concert held on 30 October 2011 to support earthquake victims.
