Saw X (Saw 10) is a 2023 horror, mystery, and thriller film directed by Kevin Greutert. The film centers on John Kramer, known as Jigsaw, who is deceived by fraudsters while seeking experimental cancer treatment in México. In response, he exacts revenge using his own signature methods. The plot unfolds between the events of the first two films in the series.

Plot

John Kramer, battling lung cancer, turns to a risky and experimental treatment in México in hopes of a miraculous cure. However, he discovers that the treatment is part of a large-scale scam targeting vulnerable individuals. Overcome by profound betrayal and rage, Jigsaw returns to his old methods. John Kramer decides to test the fraudsters who wronged him with his deadly and inventive traps. This time, the victims are subjected not only to physical pain but also to psychological games that force them to confront how far they will go to save their lives and question their own moral boundaries. The film once again lays bare Jigsaw’s brutal concept of justice and how he pushes his victims to understand the true value of life.
