Siccîn 3: Cürmü Aşk is a 2016 Turkish horror film directed by Alper Mestçi. The film explores terrifying events and the curse brought by forbidden love following a tragic incident that upends the lives of childhood friends Orhan and Sedat, and Orhan’s wife Kader.

Plot

The friendship between Orhan and Sedat, who grew up together, deepens when Orhan marries Sedat’s sister Kader. However, a horrific car accident leaves Sedat’s son Mehmet paralyzed and causes Kader to lose her memory. This tragedy drives a wedge between Orhan and Sedat; Orhan holds Sedat responsible for the accident and cuts off all contact. As Sedat, tormented by guilt, begins experiencing disturbing occurrences, Orhan, consumed by the fear of losing the woman he loves, descends into madness and makes a dreadful pact in the name of his love.

Siccîn 3: Cürmü Aşk is a Turkish horror film directed by Alper Mestçi and co-written by him and Bekir Acar. Produced by Muhteşem Film, the cinematography was handled by Serdar Armutlu and the music composed by Reşit Gözdamla. The 1 hour 50 minute film premiered in Türkiye on 2 September 2016. Principal photography took place in the Sarıyer and Beykoz districts of Istanbul.
