Grape Salad is a traditional salad type, especially preferred in summer, created by combining fresh sour grape juice and cucumber. Known for its healthy and refreshing nature, this salad belongs to local culinary culture.

Ingredients and Preparation
Prepares for 6 people:
- 1 kg fresh sour grapes
- 1 kg cucumber (alternatively, Armenian cucumber)
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- Salt
The sour grapes are washed and destemmed to extract their juice. Cucumbers are peeled and finely chopped. Garlic cloves are peeled and crushed. Cucumber and crushed garlic are placed in a serving bowl. Sour grape juice is added on top, salt is added and mixed. It is divided into small bowls and dried mint is sprinkled on top. In summer, it is recommended to serve with ice. Out of season, bottled sour grape juice is used.
