The Infinity of the Point: Volume One is the first of a four-volume series that elucidates the fundamental concepts of Sufism. The book systematically presents Sufi thought by centering on the names and attributes of God and their relationship with humanity.

The work explores central Sufi themes beginning with the “point” as the origin of creation, including the levels of existence and the manifestations of God’s names and attributes. The relationship between human beings, the cosmos, and God is examined within the framework of existence and knowledge. The book is compiled from the conversations of Lütfi Filiz.

The central metaphor of the book is the “point,” which represents both the origin and the unity of existence. Concepts such as knowledge (ilm), creation, the afterlife, manifestation, and the human relationship with truth are thoroughly addressed. The author emphasizes that human beings can attain perfection through knowledge and determine their future through the structures they construct in the realm of thought.
