The 32nd matchweek of the Trendyol Süper Lig 2024–2025 season began on Friday 18 April 2025 and will conclude on Monday 21 April 2025. A total of eight matches were played during the week, with the final match scheduled to be completed on 21 April. The matches were held over four days in stadiums across different cities. This week forms the first part of the final six-match period of the season’s fixture schedule. Referees assigned by the Turkish Football Federation Central Referee Committee officiated the matches.

The match played on 19 April 2025 at Gürsel Aksel Stadium was officiated by reviewer Ozan Ergün. The match ended 1–1. Beşiktaş took the lead in the 10th minute through a goal by Rafa Silva.
