Deja Vu is a 2006 science fiction action thriller film directed by Tony Scott. The film follows ATF agent Doug Carlin (Denzel Washington), who investigates the bombing of a ferry in New Orleans and uses time-travel technology to prevent the incident.
In a terrorist attack on a naval ferry in New Orleans, hundreds of people lose their lives. Assigned to investigate the incident, ATF agent Doug Carlin encounters unusual evidence during the inquiry. Through a secret government program, he gains access to footage from four days before the event. In these recordings, he identifies Claire Kuchever (Paula Patton), one of the attack’s victims, as being connected to the incident. Doug embarks on a dangerous mission using time-travel technology to save both Claire and other innocent lives.

Filming took place in New Orleans. Deja Vu was released in the United States on 22 November 2006 and in Türkiye on 12 January 2007.
