Plot

Hicran and Adnan lead a happy marriage until their lives are shattered by the tragic death of their two-year-old son. Although they continue living in the same house, this immense grief drives them apart. After their son’s death, Hicran begins experiencing inexplicable and terrifying occurrences: strange sounds echo through the house, objects move on their own, and the presence of unseen entities is felt. Her psychological state deteriorates further, leading her to consult a spiritual teacher who reveals that a powerful spell known as the “41 stitches” has been cast upon her. Hicran learns that this spell can be performed with 41 different intentions, and her only path to salvation is to find the person who cast it and discover which intention was used. This search leads her to confront realities she could never have imagined.
