ÇAKA RCT (Remote Controlled Tower)

ÇAKA UKK is a domestic and national remotely controlled turret system developed by FNSS. It is designed for use on both land and maritime platforms. The system features functional capabilities including a lightweight structure, shooter protection, target detection, and high firing accuracy.

The ÇAKA UKK operates with a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun and a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. It is equipped with an electrically driven two-axis stabilization system featuring gyroscopic stabilization. The turret can rotate continuously 360° on the traverse axis and move between -7° and +45° on the elevation axis, with maximum movement speeds exceeding 1 radian per second on both axes.

The system is equipped with advanced observation and fire control technologies including thermal and daylight cameras, a laser rangefinder, automatic target tracking, and electronic image stabilization. Functions such as moving target designation, picture-in-picture (8x electronic zoom), manual fire control, and automatic ballistic calculation enhance firing effectiveness. Additionally, a low-ammo warning system and specialized fire control algorithms for restricted firing and movement zones are integrated.

The turret weighs less than 700 kilograms. It has a gear ring diameter of 780 mm, a rotation radius of 1,960 mm, a width of 1.40 meters, and a height of 0.96 meters. It provides all-around ballistic protection in accordance with STANAG 4569 standards (protection level classified).

The ÇAKA UKK can be integrated onto wheeled and tracked land vehicles, coastal patrol vessels, and manned or unmanned surface platforms such as assault boats. Its superior resistance to corrosion and high levels of sealing enable reliable operation under harsh weather and maritime conditions.
