Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Medicine Hospital is a healthcare institution located in the city of Rize in Türkiye’s Black Sea Region. Operating under Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, the hospital provides healthcare services to the regional population and hosts educational and research activities in the field of medicine. The facility was originally established as Rize State Hospital and gradually expanded to attain the status of an educational and research hospital. Following the establishment of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University in 2007, integration efforts were completed, and the hospital began operating in coordination with the university’s Faculty of Medicine.
