The Rheinmetall LYNX KF41 is a modern tracked armored fighting vehicle developed by the German defense company Rheinmetall. • Power Pack: The vehicle is powered by an 850 kW (1,140 hp) Liebherr D976 engine and a Renk HSWL 256 transmission. This powerful engine gives the LYNX high mobility.
• Protection: The LYNX KF41 is designed to protect its crew and dismounted infantry from ballistic threats, mines, and IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices). The armor system is modular, so it can be changed and upgraded depending on the threat level.

Weapon Systems and Turret

The LYNX KF41 can be equipped with different weapon systems depending on its mission. One of the standard configurations includes a modular turret system called the Lance 2.0.

• Main Weapon: The Lance 2.0 turret can be equipped with either a 30 mm or 35 mm automatic cannon. This cannon is effective against armored targets, personnel, and light vehicles.
• Secondary Weapons: In addition to the main cannon, the turret can also have a 7.62 mm machine gun and an anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) launcher. This missile system provides the LYNX with deterrence against more heavily armored targets.
