
Sarp Levendoğlu was born on 25 December 1981 in Ankara. He began acting at the age of six and graduated from Saint-Benoît French High School. He commenced his higher education in the Visual Communication Design department at Istanbul Bilgi University and later graduated from the Acting department at Istanbul Kültür University. Levendoğlu, who is the nephew of director Mustafa Altıoklar, gained his first acting experiences in Altıoklar’s projects.
Levendoğlu’s television career began in 2003 with the role of Mehmet in the series Lise Defteri. This was followed by roles in Çınaraltı (İbrahim) in 2004 and Emret Komutanım (Üsteğmen Levent) from 2005 to 2008. In 2007 he appeared in Zeliha’nın Gözleri (Rehan), and in 2008–2009 in Gece Gündüz (Aslan). He played roles in Altın Kızlar and Uygun Adım Aşk in 2009, Kirli Beyaz (Yekta) and Kalp Ağrısı (Hasan) in 2010. In 2011–2012 he portrayed Akif in Mor Menekşeler, and in 2012 he appeared in Atlılar. In 2013 he played Altan in Sakarya Fırat, and in 2014 he appeared in Galip Derviş and Böyle Bitmesin.
In 2014–2015 he took part in Küçük Ağa (Ali), in 2015 in Ne Münasebet (Demir), and in 2016–2017 in Ölene Kadar (Ender). From 2017 to 2021 he portrayed Haydar Bozkurt in the series Savaşçı. In 2021–2022 he played the role of Romen Diyojen in Alparslan: Büyük Selçuklu. In 2022 he appeared in Macerasever and in 2022–2023 in Gecenin Ucunda.
Sarp Levendoğlu entered cinema with the 2002 film O Şimdi Asker. He appeared in the 2007 film Emret Komutanım: Şah Mat. In 2016 he portrayed the character Savaş in Deliormanlı. He also acted in Resimdeki Sevgili, Adam ve Çocuk, the 2017 film Nereden Nereye and the 2018 film İki İyi Çocuk.
In addition to acting, Levendoğlu has also worked as a director, serving as director for some episodes of the series Emret Komutanım and Gece Gündüz.
Levendoğlu married actress Birce Akalay on 1 August 2014 and divorced in 2017.
