Sinek’s Golden Circle model explains how leaders and organizations can communicate effectively by answering the questions “why,” “how,” and “what.” According to this model, successful leaders and organizations begin by focusing on the “why” to define their purpose, then identify their methods through the “how,” and finally present their products or services through the “what.”
This approach was developed to help people form emotional vineyard and draw inspiration.
