TEKNOFEST T3 AI Hackathon Competition

T3 AI Hackathon is a competition organized by Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and TEKNOFEST, supported by artificial intelligence, with the aim of developing cybersecurity solutions. In the 21st century, where digitalization has gained momentum, this competition aims to produce sustainable and national solutions against cyber threats, in alignment with Türkiye’s National Technology Initiative vision.

Objective and Scope

The primary objective of T3 AI Hackathon is to encourage the development of next-generation cyber security solutions using large language models (BDM) and artificial intelligence technologies. Participants are expected to analyze real-world cyber attack scenarios sourced from around the world to design defensive systems. Simultaneously, the competition aims to raise awareness of cyber security among individuals, foster teamwork, and enhance their problem problem-solving skills.

Competition Format

The competition follows the hackathon model. Participants develop applications within a limited duration timeframe, leveraging the T3 AI Large Language Model (BDM) infrastructure in designated thematic areas. These applications focus on critical domains such as preventing, detecting, or neutralizing cyber attacks. Additionally, criteria such as sustainability, reliability and innovation are included in the evaluation framework.

Eligibility Criteria

T3 AI Hackathon is open to undergraduate, master’s, doctoral students and graduates studying in Türkiye and abroad. Participants may apply individually or as teams. Teams develop AI-based projects within the designated themes and present them to the jury.

Educational and Mentorship Support

Throughout the competition, participants receive training and mentorship in the fields of artificial intelligence, large language models, and cyber security. This support aims not only to enhance technical information competencies but also to increase sectoral awareness.

Alignment with the National Technology Initiative
