Girmana Canyon

Girmana Canyon is a natural geographical formation located within the boundaries of İpekyolu (Girmana) Village in the Hekimhan district of Malatya Province, Türkiye. It is situated approximately 60 kilometers from the city center of Malatya and about 20 kilometers from the district center of Hekimhan.

The canyon’s geological structure consists of steep cliffs shaped by long-term water erosion. The Kuru Çay river flows through this natural formation. The river’s high water volume has turned the canyon into a region of significant potential for water sports, particularly rafting.

Girmana Canyon attracts attention with its rich natural beauty and historical elements.
