- 183 Social Support Line: Individuals can call the 183 hotline to receive referrals from the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
- Police and Gendarmerie: Applications to CVPM can also be made through security forces. Victims of violence can seek immediate assistance from law enforcement agencies.
- Hospitals: Health care facilities can refer victims of violence to CVPM centers.
